I had the honor of speaking about personal banking for today’s consumer with Bloomberg fintech and payments reporter, Emily Mason at Money20/20 this week. We discussed how in an era where digital natives dominate the consumer landscape, our industry is challenged to rethink strategies and offerings to capture the attention and loyalty of younger generations. We explored emerging trends and how Gen Z and Millennials expect the same level of personalization, convenience, and always-on service from banks that they experience in retail but also demand seamless, tech-driven experiences. It was great to be at #Sibos last week, meeting with colleagues, clients, and partners from across the globe. While at the conference, I had the opportunity to discuss the evolution of custody at a Sibos TV interview.
