For this week’s #InsideCircetUSA from Circet USA, we spoke with Peggy O’Neill, Wireless Services Project Manager II. Peggy has been with the company for 7 years what she loves most about her job are the people. “I have had the opportunity to work with amazing people in my tenure with Circet USA. There is nothing like working together and meeting our goals while recognizing everyone’s dedication to excellence!” A typical day for Peggy includes working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and customers to meet and exceed the planned forecasts through strategic planning, scheduling, and building strong partnerships. Peggy’s career path has included sectors of customer service, management and finance. She lead a district of hotels at the time she received an invitation to interview as a project coordinator. When we asked Peggy what she was most proud of accomplishing at work she answered, “My work ethic motto is “Always Give it Your All!” No matter what you are doing, dive right in and do your best!” One thing Peggy would still like to learn as she gets older is how to drive a race car. “As a teen, I used to sit with my Dad and watch NASCAR every weekend and I always said I wanted to do that one day. Cars are a passion of mine, and I have driving NASCAR on my Bucket List for sure!” One thing she has learned to love is the value of time together with her family and friends. “Whether it is enjoying good food, beautiful scenery, or a simple conversation. We all get so busy in life; we tend to take Time for granted. I am learning to really be in the moment!” Thank you, Peggy, for all the work you do! #Telecommunications #InsideCircetUSA #CircetUSA #WeAreCircetUSA #CompanyCulture #EmployeeRecognition #EmployeeEngagement #EmployeeAppreciation #Telecom #WorkplaceWellness #CareerGoals #PersonalInterests #DataCenter #Internet #WiFi

Congratulations to Mindy Miller, Distribution Center Associate and our October Thrive Spotlight Award recipient. When asked about something she is proud to have accomplished at the company, Mindy said: "I started with KGPCo as a contractor in 2011, supporting the Warsaw, Indiana DC. Starting in the office, I worked my way to being able to take over for Alisa Hall when she retired providing support to all DC’s as an Inventory Control Specialist. Being able to travel and train at other facilities to aid in both the start up of new facilities and train in an IC challenged location is what I am most proud of." Here is just one of the comments from leadership about Mindy: In a word, I would describe Mindy as fearless. Fearless when approached with challenges and change, and fearless when called upon to take responsibility. Mindy has always been a key member of our Inventory Control team in support of our Warsaw, IN facility, but in her recent move to support all of Operations, her skills and depth of knowledge have been on full display. It is impressive to watch her development as she excels in her role with eagerness to learn and her selfless approach to take excellent care of her customer and our organization. Thank You Mindy for all that you do! – Rob Orozco, Assistant Director, Distribution Operations Congratulations, Mindy, on your well-deserved recognition! #Thrive #telecommunications #telecom #technology #internet #cat #voip #business #wifi #network #telecoms #wireless #communication #cabling #tech #broadband #telecommunication #ethernet #data #fiberoptic #networking #innovation #fiberoptics #datacenter #cloud #security #fiber

Circet USA’s Veteran’s Tribute initiative pays homage to employees who currently serve, have served, or have family members in the military, past or present. This month, we feature Sr. Operations Manager, NEA accounts, Jimmy DeVita. Jimmy served as a U.S Navy Petty Officer third class / E4. His specialty was as an MM/Machinist Mate. He worked in one of two nuclear power plants aboard the U.S.S Nimitz. One of his many duties while at sea was operating desalination plants. Four of these plants produced around 400,00 gallons of potable water per day. When asked why he joined the Navy, Jimmy said, “I come from a family of prior military and wanted to follow the footsteps of my father and grandfather. My first duty station was Bremerton, Washington, which was also the first duty station of my late Grandfather’s. It was an honor knowing we both spent time on the same shipyard so many years apart.” Jimmy said that integrity, teamwork, and attention to detail were drilled into their heads every day. Those soft skills are used daily in his current position with Circet USA. When we asked Jimmy was the most rewarding part of his time in the service was, he told us, “Completing a 6-month around the world cruise in 1998. Starting in Bremerton and ending up in Newport News, Virginia. We took the Nimitz into Dry-Dock and performed the first ever nuclear refueling on a US vessel.” On behalf of everyone at Circet USA, we would like to thank Jimmy for his service! ********* The mission of Circet USA VetNet is to embrace our proud community of employee veterans who support and encourage each other through shared experiences, veteran recruitment, career development, outward engagement, professional growth, and retention. Bringing together unique backgrounds of military service members, we seek to harness these strengths to better serve our company, community, and clients. #CircetUSA #WeAreCircetUSA #veterans #military #veteran #army #navy #marines #airforce #telecommunications #data #telecom #technology #internet #wifi #network #telecoms #wireless #broadband #telecommunication

For this week’s #InsideCircetUSA from Circet USA, we spoke with Scottie Jordan, a Material Expeditor in the Logistics Department. Scottie has been with the company for 22 years what he loves most about his job are the people he works with. “…we have a great team at Circet USA, and they really make my job easy. I also love working with vendors and customers, some of whom I have worked with for over 15 years and have gotten to know quite well! I also like the challenge of maintaining an up-to-date report because I know this affects everyone from the customer to our installers who are really the unsung heroes of our company.” A typical day for Scottie involves running daily AT&T Etrak receiving and shipping reports in AT&T’s system to ensure it remains current, allowing AT&T to pay invoices and complete jobs on their end. He handles daily calls from installers, providing tracking or delivery information, and managing the receipt or shipment of materials in the system as needed. Furthermore, Scottie manages any damaged materials for the customer that may arise during the process. One thing Scottie is proud to have accomplished at work is building solid relationships for over fifteen years with his customers and vendors. “There is a trust factor there that I am very proud of as I know that they are confident they can depend on me.” When we asked Scottie what he is most proud of outside of work, he answered, “I am a guitarist and have been playing guitar for over 48 years and have toured the country and opened up shows for bands like Cheap Trick, .38 Special, Steppenwolf, Three Dog Night and many more… the list too long to mention all of them. I now teach guitar at night at the Charlotte Academy Of Music as my second job. I have been there for 3 year now and have a ton of students and I love them all.” Thank you, Scottie, for all the work you do! #Telecommunications #InsideCircetUSA #CircetUSA #WeAreCircetUSA #CompanyCulture #EmployeeRecognition #EmployeeEngagement #EmployeeAppreciation #Telecom #WorkplaceWellness #CareerGoals #PersonalInterests #DataCenter #Internet #WiFi
