This is the second consecutive year that Cinema XXI has received this prestigious award. Cinema XXI Director Dody Suhartono received Indonesia's Best Managed Companies 2024 award in Jakarta. As of June 30, 2024, Cinema XXI has operated 248 cinemas with a total of 1,317 screens in 61 cities/regencies spread across Indonesia. Discover how Ster-Kinekor Theatres Uses Arts Alliance Media’s Lifeguard to Optimise Circuit Monitoring, Manage Human Resource More Efficiently and Reduce Lost Shows. 🔍 Challenge Ster-Kinekor faced challenges that resulted in frequent show losses, delays in error resolution and high human resource costs. 🚀 Solution With Lifeguard, Ster-Kinekor experienced immediate improvements. Optimising circuit monitoring capabilities and issue resolution procedures significantly reduced the number of lost shows, shortened their Service Level Agreement (SLA) duration, and reduced allocated resources. 🌟 Result After the first six months across the whole circuit, Lifeguard: ▪ Saved 139 performances via the Xenon lamp auto-strike. ▪ Caught 1,254 show-stopping issues with an average repair time of 12 minutes.
