U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission hit DraftKings Inc. for $200k today for social media posts DK's PR firm made on X and LinkedIn talking about strong growth that had not been first disclosed to investors through filings. DK quickly requested the PR firm pull the posts, so why did they still get hit with the penalty?
