In partnership, CLC-Cappella extends its heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate community of Steamboat Springs and Yampa Valley for their invaluable support in recognizing the importance of quality elder care and contributing to save Casey’s Pond. On Tuesday afternoon, September 3rd, residents and team members at Casey's Pond received formal notice that closure plans have been rescinded. Simply put, Casey’s Pond is here to stay. Court-appointed Receiver, Bellann Raile shares, “We are thrilled to rescind the move-out and termination notices for residents and team members. I have never seen this type of community outpouring leading to the need to reverse a closure process. We are working quickly with all parties to ensure a smooth transition.” Read the full receiver press release on our website: https://bit.ly/4dOI84Z

We also support entities working tirelessly to find a cure, that is why we have a CLC-Cappella We! Walk Team that will take part in the Denver Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, September 21st at City Park. To support the team visit our team page, https://lnkd.in/gFEzTxhJ.

Jessica Luh Kim, an international culture change and dementia educator, began her journey to better understand dementia when she was in high school. Since then, she's devoted much of her career to supporting individuals with dementia to live well and thrive.
