The typical ABM funnel isn't equipped to handle all of them. Here's the most common problem: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗔 converts on your website. You identify them as a target account and assign them to an AE. You schedule and hold a series of calls. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗕 from the same account converts on your website. They're assigned to a different AE, and a separate call is scheduled. You eventually realize that you have two AEs on the same account. The prospect gets reassigned. Thankfully, Form Concierge can solve this problem.
