Inspired by a school project, he turned his anxiety about future employment into motivation, gaining business skills and confidence along the way. Now, his Tasty Pickles are sold in local retailers, and he shares his journey to inspire others. Enjoy a sample of his delicious pickles and hear his story of resilience and success. Courtney’s role involves ensuring that foster parents are well-supported and equipped with the necessary tools to successfully implement the teaching family model with the children in their care.🧡 "My favorite part about working at CHA is being on the receiving end of their care and willingness to pivot as needed to support their employees. I was out on maternity leave and due to unforeseen circumstances, needed an extension before returning.
