🎉 Congratulations to the Children’s Mercy Genomic Medicine Center for their publication in Nature Communications. 🌟 Their innovative study found that common genetic variants, usually linked to common diseases, also play multiple roles in rare diseases. This discovery enhances our understanding of the genetic complexity of rare diseases and could lead to improved diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. The study also highlights the importance of considering both common and rare variants in rare disease research. 🧬👏 Read the study here: https://cmkc.link/3Ydx8sn
