Yesterday, the Chicago Bears and Levy Restaurants hosted a special tasting event at Soldier Field, offering fans an early glimpse of the new food and beverage options designed to elevate the game-day experience this season.   Some of the new offerings include Bears Claw pretzels, Gigi’s crispy chicken tenders, dessert from Sugar Bliss and the "Odunze Dog," inspired by Chicago Bears 2024 first-round draft pick Rome Odunze. Seven of the stadium’s concession stands have been completely revamped and a new street taco vendor has been introduced to celebrate the rich diversity of Chicago’s 77 neighborhoods. These updates aim to bring a taste of the city to every corner of Soldier Field, enhancing the overall gameday experience.   This event also marked the beginning of a new multi-year partnership between the Chicago Bears and Levy, a Chicago-based hospitality leader. The partnership promises a faster, more enjoyable way to experience game day, with 60 new automated self-checkout stations that will help reduce lines and allow fans to spend more time cheering on the Bears. The collaboration is focused on delivering world-class hospitality while celebrating Chicago’s vibrant culinary scene. 🍽 🐻 ⬇

On Women’s Equality Day, we proudly celebrate the women across the Chicago Bears organization who inspire, lead and drive the franchise’s success. Whether breaking new ground in football operations or shaping the future of our organization in the front office, these women embody the resilience, innovation and dedication that help define the Chicago Bears.   In football operations, several women have made historic strides, breaking barriers to become integral parts of the Chicago Bears football team. Offensive Assistant/Running Backs Jennifer King, Player Personnel Coordinator Ashton Washington and Director of Wellness Carla Suber are redefining what’s possible in the NFL. Their impact extends far beyond the field, shaping our approach to coaching, scouting and players' mental health. These leaders and role models are paving the way for the next generation of women in sports, roles that were once out of reach for women in football.   In our front office, we’re proud to have over 80 women holding various roles that keep our organization performing at an elite level. From business strategy and community engagement to marketing and stadium operations, these women work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the Chicago Bears continue to thrive. Additionally, earlier this year, the Chicago Bears launched the Bears Women’s Advisory Board, a critical initiative aimed at enhancing the connection with female fans, building community engagement and championing diversity and inclusion. This dynamic group, led by eight remarkable women, brings together accomplished leaders from diverse backgrounds to ensure that the Chicago Bears efforts resonate with women and drive meaningful change across our organization and community. The board’s mission is to create an inclusive environment where all women feel valued and empowered to make an impact, both within the Chicago Bears family and beyond.   As we celebrate Women’s Equality Day, we are reminded that progress is built by empowering every woman to succeed and lead. The strength of the Chicago Bears comes from the diverse talents of the women who drive the organization forward. Their dedication inspires us to continue building a culture of equality, respect and opportunity, ensuring that every woman has the chance to make a lasting impact with the Chicago Bears and the NFL. 🐻 💙 🧡

During training camp, the Chicago Bears welcomed over 40 college students at Halas Hall for their third annual Career Expo. This event, part of our ongoing commitment to the NFL’s Play Football initiative, provided a unique opportunity for students to explore various career paths within the professional sports industry. Students from ALPFA Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America, Hope Chicago, Chicago Scholars and Project LOVE Chicago had the chance to hear from our front office and business operations staff about their journeys to the Chicago Bears and their day-to-day responsibilities. The event featured inspiring talks from Chicago Bears Chairman George H. McCaskey and President & CEO Kevin Warren, as well as a panel discussion and an informational fair, highlighting the diverse roles from 10 different corporate departments that contribute to the success of a professional sports franchise and inspire future talent. The panel, moderated by Director of Corporate Communications Micaeh Johnson, featured insights on the job application process, HR expectations, the Chicago Bears associate development program and the importance of networking and mentorship from Talent Acquisition Coordinator Ana Rodriguez and Football Communications Associate Kenneth A. Rolle II. Chicago Bears President & CEO Kevin Warren shared his advice with the students, stating, “My advice is to set goals so big that they make you uncomfortable and then work relentlessly to achieve them.” He concluded with, "you can work your way into greatness," reminding them that anything is possible. To cap off the event, Chicago Bears veteran safety Kevin Byard III made a surprise appearance to speak to the students. He shared his journey through the National Football League (NFL), offering valuable advice on navigating career changes and setting ambitious goals. Regardless of whether you’re a professional athlete or not, everyone’s journey is unique and can inspire others to pursue their own dreams. We’re excited to see how these future leaders will continue to grow and make an impact in the sports industry. On the latest episode of HBO Max's Hard Knocks, Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams shared some heartfelt memories with his quarterback teammates about his early days playing flag football. From his first experience on the field as a four-year-old, Caleb has carried the joy and inclusivity of flag football with him throughout his career. 🏈   Caleb's enthusiasm for the sport is evident as he expressed his excitement at the possibility of playing flag football in the Olympics. Lucky for him, the sport is making its debut at the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Caleb is ready and eager to participate if he receives the call!   Flag football stands out as a sport where differences don't matter, everyone can play. This inclusive nature is reflected in its growing prominence, exemplified by the IHSA's historic decision to sanction girls' flag football earlier this year. The Chicago Bears have been at the forefront of this movement, launching a successful league in collaboration with Chicago Public Schools in 2021. Since then, the program has expanded to over 120 teams statewide, including new leagues in Rockford, the Western Suburbs and even internationally in the United Kingdom.   As the Chicago Bears highlight, "Flag football isn’t just a sport, it’s a passion that connects us all, no matter where we start." We're excited to see how this sport continues to inspire and empower future generations of athletes. 🐻 💙 🧡

This summer, Chicago Bears wide receiver Tyler Scott achieved a special milestone by graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Cincinnati. After missing out on a traditional high school graduation and completing his college courses online due to the pandemic, Tyler was determined to walk across the stage and celebrate this moment with his family. 🎓 🐻   Scott, an Ohio native, drove from Canton, where he played in the Chicago Bears first preseason game in the Hall of Fame Game, to Cincinnati the following day for his graduation.   Reflecting on the experience, Tyler shared, “I wanted to be able to walk on the stage, have that moment, and be part of the graduation ceremony. For my parents, my brother, his daughter and my wife to be there, to have them see me walk across the stage, I know that was truly special for them.”   After walking the stage and celebrating with his family, Tyler drove six hours back to Chicago that same night to make it in time for Saturday morning's training camp practice. Upon his return, he was welcomed with a congratulatory handwritten note from General Manager Ryan Poles, recognizing the significance of his achievement. The long hours and miles traveled didn’t deter Tyler from experiencing the graduation ceremony he had missed earlier in life.   Tyler's journey is an inspiring story of dedication both on and off the field, setting a powerful example of perseverance and commitment to education. Good luck to all the rising freshmen heading to school this upcoming fall!   Read more about Tyler Scott's journey: https://lnkd.in/g8ii--Rw   Photo courtesy of University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics

From the field to the frontlines, yesterday was a day to show appreciation to the extraordinary commitment of our nation’s military at Chicago Bears training camp! 🇺🇸🫡 The Chicago Bears had the honor of welcoming over 1,300 military personnel and their guests for Military Appreciation Day, brought to you by USAA. Sharing the passion for football with those who have served or are serving our nation is something the Chicago Bears value deeply. Additionally, in partnership with USAA, the Chicago Bears hosted 100 local military personnel for USAA’s Salute to Service NFL Boot Camp following practice. This special experience gave participants a feel of what it’s like to be a Bear for a day, competing in football drills similarly to those used by NFL coaches to evaluate top talent. Thank you to all the service members and their guests who joined us. 🐻💙🧡
