We added another Chevron CNG Station to our network of stations in California! Our new CNG station, located in Santa Maria, is linked to Renewable Natural Gas. I am proud of our team for this accomplishment and look forward to the continued efforts to reduce the carbon intensity of heavy-duty fleets! RNG/CNG is a significantly lower carbon solution (on a lifecycle emission basis) available today with a wide range of stations supporting short-haul and long-haul applications across the country!

Football season is well underway at Iowa State University, and that means another year of Chevron Renewable Energy Group and ISU partnering with the goal of reducing carbon emissions and improving air quality. Used cooking oil from across the campus is purchased by Chevron Renewable Energy Group and used as feedstock to produce biodiesel, a 100% renewable fuel. The biodiesel is then used in a fuel blend to provide power to equipment across campus. Bringing lower carbon to the football field and across the ISU campus … the goal of two great teams!
