We explore the key differences in the source of business for IL-23 agents in psoriasis, in an infographic by #CRALifeSciences Guangtao(Eddie) Li, Travis Ruch, Ph.D., and Emma Clerx. Their analysis shows that a higher proportion of Tremfya patients, compared to Skyrizi, had previously been treated with an IL-17 agent before switching to an IL-23. In contrast, Skyrizi patients were more likely to have been treated with a TNF inhibitor prior to starting Skyrizi. These insights highlight distinct patterns in the prescribing of IL-23 agents, with Tremfya being favored after IL-17 agents.
