The Chappell Culpeper Foundation is committed to creating opportunities for upward mobility so that more people can secure a middle class life and beyond. We believe that education is the best tool for delivering that outcome. We envision a world where all individuals have the opportunity to realize and optimize their capabilities. Overall, we seek to maximize the potential of those who lack sufficient external resources to improve their lives and attain self-sufficiency. Our educational mission is to find bright, under-resourced young people and create opportunities for them to receive an education that will set them up for a successful life. In addition to education, we provide funding for health care and basic needs. As we believe in providing support to the communities in which we are personally connected, our geographic focus areas are the Greater Philadelphia area and Puerto Rico. Applications for funding are made by invitation.
