Big product updates can make users feel a little anxious 🤯—even with all the heads-up and guidance. So, how can product teams really know if those changes are hitting the mark? 🤔 Macarena Moraga from SimpliRoute shared how Microsurveys gave their team the feedback they needed to confidently roll out a major UI redesign. The result? Happy users and a smooth launch 🙌 Read their Success Story here https://lnkd.in/dGWjv2Gf

Welcome to the Chameleon rainforest, OMNIA Partners! OMNIA had some important decisions to make when choosing an in-app guidance solution for their Opus procurement platform. Opus gives public sector and nonprofit agencies access to hundreds of competitively solicited, publicly awarded contracts. The focus for this project is clear: 1️⃣ Improve conversions by reducing onboarding and time to value 2️⃣ Increase feature adoption to drive long-term retention. The best part of bringing on new customers is all about getting to know the team. We’re excited to be working with you, Emily Gleason Stayskal, Megan Urbas, and Devon Corcoran, and we look forward to seeing your conversion rates climb. 🙌

We've noticed something pretty groundbreaking for software: user onboarding is no longer just about users 👇 Check out the new in-depth piece we wrote on this trend that's giving companies a real edge for activation. It's called The Shifting Left guide and I'll link it in the comments

Have you heard about "shifting left" in user onboarding? The term isn't new; it's been around since 2001, but it's a fresh idea in the product marketing scene. That's why we launched our guide to shifting left: to help teams get their heads around how user onboarding *can* start before signup and share how it has worked for us at Chameleon Link in comments to the guide (of course, it's ungated 😉) #useronboarding

The hottest PLG trend right now? “Shifting Left”. It’s about delivering value upfront before users even think about committing. Think reverse trials, ungated access, and interactive demos right on your homepage. Some companies are boosting conversions by 200% just by shifting key onboarding steps earlier. 😲 Read our guide and see how "shifting left" is leaving traditional onboarding in the dust. How often did you have to 🕵️ identify why an in-app pattern isn't showing? Sometimes, it can be hard to know 'why?' because many things can interfere with end-users seeing the right in-app pattern at the right moment. Our Debugger is the first important step in troubleshooting patterns, as it helps identify possible issues that customers can solve right away ☑️ if a user is not being present in a specific audience ☑️ if the target element that is supposed to launch a Tour is missing from the page ☑️ if there is a Rate limit applied that prevents a pattern from being displayed ✨ But we want to make it easier for our customers to find out 'why.' Our first step was enabling quick access from our Chrome Extension. Next, you can expect to find an easier way to review possible issues right in your Dashboard 👀 Learn more here 👉 https://lnkd.in/dzENBYcb

4th episode of our bitesized "Product Lunchbox" just dropped, featuring Erin, who's made a successful leap into Product Management *10 years* into her career! Before becoming a product manager, she's been a general manager, designer, engineer, product marketer, account manager, and more..! But now that's she's a PM, she's sticking with it, having done so at her current company, Keap, and previously Formstack, and Pushpay. So naturally we talked about getting into product management, and: - What PMs need to know about working well with PMMs, and vice-versa - Should more PMMs be acting like PMs, especially with news that Airbnb was rearchitecting it's PM function - Who should be owning in-app campaigns that drive feature adoption and usage; PMs or PMMs? We cover a lot in these short ~10 mins so check out the video if you want a little brain food while you have lunch, or skim the write-up in the comments. I'm doing more of these short interviews to give you digestible access to current operators, without having to create an item on your daily to-do list. If you have any feedback, questions, or ideas, please leave a comment, and like/share to help improve reach. Thanks for joining Erin- was great to have you on!
