More exciting news for CSW! Last week, CSW completed the acquisition of WR Cold Storage's facility located in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. This acquisition marks another significant milestone for CSW as we continue to expand our footprint and enhance our capabilities. We are excited to welcome the Wisconsin Rapids team into the CSW family.

CSW is excited to share the news of Caledonia's latest expansion! This March our Caledonia location added an additional 5,000 frozen pallet positions! This expansion marks a significant milestone in our commitment to growth and success! Such an exciting time for all at CSW!
Central Storage and Warehouse LLC opened our location in Caledonia WI in Feb 2019 with 12,500 frozen pallet locations. Fast forward to June of 2023, we added 5,500 pallet positions of refrigerated and frozen storage on what was our first of many building additions….In March 2024 we added an additional 5,000 frozen pallet positions. So proud of our team as we continue to grow and serve the supply chain & cold storage industry. In the next few weeks we will break ground on an additional 15,000 pallet position freezer! CSW is seeking a Human Resources Manager to add to our growing team! Responsibilities: - Lead the Human Resource department - Manage company policies as well as setting the department’s strategy and growth plans - Be a culture carrier for the company - Manage hiring process - Facilitate full onboarding orientation & initial training activities - Conduct check-ins with all new hires - Employee development & discipline - Coordinate quarterly review process - Coordinate PIP process - Audit attendance tracking - Conduct investigations as necessary - Assist with union grievance processes - Review termination paperwork - Lead unemployment or EEOC paperwork and hearings - Workers compensation compliance - FMLA & LOA compliance - Employee record compliance - Federal & state compliance - Lead exit interview process - Lead annual employee survey process - Act as point person for internal benefits questions - Conduct annual market check for wage updates - HR budget planning - Monthly HR training sessions for leadership Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field; OR equivalent experience - A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Generalist or Management experience - Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations - The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to travel across the state monthly Benefits: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Fully employer paid premiums for employee health & dental insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Company Profit Sharing Plan - Paid weekly & paid time off days Apply here: https://lnkd.in/gbmrA-XD
