10 Portland State University - School of Business Master of Science in Real Estate students recently completed a 1-credit out of market real estate development course in Salt Lake City, Utah, thanks to course sponsor CenterCal Properties. Day 1 (of 2) was a full day at CenterCal’s beautiful mixed-use retail lifestyle center, Station Park. Students learned about the development, strategy, & demographics of the project as well as nearby partner projects - the recently completed Bri Senior Living Apartments & under construction Legacy Events Center.
