We were happy to spend yesterday afternoon with the team, residents and families at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove. Special shout out to Gari Tanhueco, CDP Tanhueco for putting together a fantastic National Burger Day celebration and making the staff, residents, and other community members feel so special!
We were very proud to co-sponsor this event with Assisting Hands-Serving Arlington Heights & Surrounding Area last Thursday. Owner and founder Daniellah Salario provided attendees with a wealth of valuable information about the Community Care program, which helps connect veterans with assisted living, residential, or home health care at low or no cost, depending on eligibility. Special guest speaker Susan shared how life changing the program has been for her and her husband, and it was helpful to hear how other professionals have navigated working with the VA to obtain these services for their patients. Thanks to the hard working staff at Assisting Hands for the delicious food, hospitality, and education!
