This fall, NC State's football, women's volleyball, men's and women's soccer, and cross country teams are all looking to build on recent success!  All of the cross country events and men's and women's soccer matches are free to attend both for students and the public. Tomorrow, August 31 through September 1, is the African American Cultural Festival of Raleigh and Wake County (AACF) is back for its 15th year!  Join us on Labor Day weekend for a unique celebration of African American #culture as expressed through art, music, food and community.  This family-friendly event is FREE and open to the public, welcoming all to explore the creative offerings of some of North Carolina's most talented local, regional and national artists.

For college freshman, it can be difficult to get involved and create a community! So, we wanted to share some campus organizations for you to get involved with. The 2024 NC State Football Season is HERE! 🐺❤️ This Thursday, August 29, is the first game of the season at Carter Finley! Cheer on our #Wolfpack as they go up against the Western Carolina Catamounts!

Tomorrow, Saturday August 24th, NC State and the Raleigh community celebrate Packapalooza! ❤️ Packapalooza is an annual street festival that concludes NC State's Welcome Week for the fall semester. There will be more than 300 vendor booths set up along Hillsborough Street. Packapalooza starts at 2:00pm and ends at 10:00pm with a headline performance by a secret artist on the Belltower stage in front of the Aloft Hotel. Join us for an afternoon of music and food-filled fun and celebration of the community that you won't want to miss! Volunteering for Meals on Wheels of Wake County is an amazing way to give back to your community!  Their mission is to nourish, enrich, and strengthen the lives of older adults through daily meal delivery and human connections. They also just celebrated 50 years of service this summer!  As a volunteer, you can pack meals, deliver meals, or act as a back-up deliverer.
