Earlier this month, Eleversity’s Workforce Inclusion Round Table: “Employer Roles and Responsibilities!” had CCSI’s Barbara Marianetti DesRosiers (Interim Director, Emerging Business / Sr. HR Advisor, Consulting and Technical Assistance) and CCSI Board Member David Seeley (Executive Director, Rochester Works!) join Donna Mostiller, MBA (Chief People and Culture Officer, Heritage Christian Services) and Joseph S. (Vice President and Chief Engagement Officer, Trillium Health) as plenary speakers. Adrian Hale (New York State Regent and Municipal and Community Relationship Manager, Rochester Gas and Electric) was the keynote. Eleversity will hold their annual National Disability Employment Awareness Month Symposium on October 3rd.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Eleversity’s Workforce Inclusion Round Table: Employer Roles and Responsibilities! It was an enriching time thanks to the insights of keynote speaker Adrian Hale and plenary speakers Donna Mostiller, MBA, Joseph S., David Seeley and Barbara Marianetti DesRosiers. Some key takeaways: 🌟 Innovation is important for companies and organizations to ensure continued success amidst a changing workforce. 🌟 Inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility work starts at the top and trickles down through employee coaching and mentoring. 🌟 Employees are the backbone of organizations and their voices are essential for sparking positive change. 🌟Equity among employees is more important than equal treatment. Thank you to our sponsors Rochester Regional Health, Genesee Valley SRHM, Wegmans Food Markets, Rochester Gas & Electric, Trillium Health, KeyBank, M&T Bank, Greater Rochester Health Foundation, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and Health Foundation of Western & Central NY! #Leadership #IDEA #Equity
