Team engagement is important. The month of July was knowledge month. I tasked the team to come up with a weekly game that we would do in our weekly meeting. We had Kahoots,Jeopardy, Bingo and todays finale was an escape room! I am happy to say that as a TEAM they escape in under the designated time. A win!!
