The Carney Group is a graphic design firm that believes courage and constant learning will always lead. Our job is to define complexity with unified simplicity. Our clients are sometimes offices of one, some are Fortune 500 reaching almost every continent in the world. All of them, equally important to us. The wall next to Pat's desk is a metaphor for the creative process. Everything is pinned up to the random cadence of real life. The creative process begins long before it is called upon to produce results. Everything we read, see, make, witness and taste goes into the preparation. Then, when the heat of deadlines, projects and process is turned on, all these ingredients cook down into something rich and surprising. Pat Carney, the company’s namesake, has dedicated his professional life to the creative field. He began his career as a photographer and transitioned into graphic arts to develop the application of design. Jules Inda, Principal, began her career in publishing at Utne Reader magazine, contributing as a writer and to art direction. She increased a focus on graphic design and brought her talents to the agency world.
