We’re excited about the Owner’s vision for this space and can’t wait to transform this beautiful, historic building into an event and music venue for the local community to enjoy.

We are thrilled to share a sneak peek of our latest project in St. Johns County: WheelHouse West End. This project marks the third WheelHouse location and will offer over 50,000 SF of luxury garage condo space for automotive enthusiasts to enjoy! Keep an eye out for more progress pictures to come.

Spanning 48 acres, Phase 1 of the Clay County Regional Sports Complex is a testament to our commitment of creating buildings and spaces for the community's benefit. Surrounded by Florida's natural beauty, this park features eight multipurpose fields, winding walking trails, and a modern restroom facility. Our team is proud to have been part of this project which promotes physical activity, social connection, and a deeper appreciation for nature.

Last night, our team had a blast at the ABC Florida First Coast Chapter Trivia Night! Thanks to W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc. for hosting such a fun event. It was good to see many of our industry partners, and we had a great time putting our trivia skills to the test. In true game show style, we were ready to "phone a friend”, but our team managed to hold their own! Thank you ABC for bringing the industry together for a fun time!!

We’re excited to announce that we are breaking ground on a new Gymnasium for Jacksonville Classical Academy! Our team is starting to mobilize as we begin testing the concrete pile foundation ahead of construction. This new facility will provide students with a top-notch environment to develop their skills, strengthen teamwork, and foster a love for sports and exercise.
