EMSA is hiring a Program Analyst (Associated Governmental Program Analyst) in its Licensing and Certification Unit. The position supports EMSA’s mission and strategic plan by ensuring that paramedic licensure programs, budgets, and policies are evaluated and compliant with statutes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
** Research, analyze, and aggregate reporting of EMS personnel credentialing, discipline, scope of practice, workforce training, equity and accessibility, and other program issues.
** Conduct and review analytical studies and surveys and act as team lead on projects to evaluate EMS system workforce and training programs.
** Formulate procedures, policies, program alternatives, and recommendations for system developments, research projects, methodologies, and best practices for obtaining data.
** Help produce data quality management plan and processes for data tracking and reporting.
