Introducing Dr. Chelsea Dorsey, Associate Professor of Surgery in the Section of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy at the University of Chicago Medicine. Her work focuses on workforce diversity in surgery, augmentation of inclusive practices in the surgical environment, and optimizing academic resources for diverse learners in the undergraduate medical education space. The Orange Tent Project was created in hope of ending the cycle of homelessness many of our Chicago friends face.
