We're excited to launch our “Wellness Warriors” video contest, part of the Capital Healthy Students initiative. Now through March 28, 2025, middle school students from select districts are invited to create a 1-minute video highlighting how they stay healthy in their everyday lives and encouraging others to do the same. Topics can include physical health, mental health, nutritional health, and more. Winners will be selected in four different categories, with each receiving $2,000 directed to their school’s PTO/PTA. Staff from our Bristol Myers Squibb Trauma Center at Capital Health Regional Medical Center were happy to be part of recent trunk or treat events at Over the Rainbow Child Development Center and the Capital Area YMCA in Trenton, where they distributed Halloween safety tips and blinking lights to help trick-or-treaters see and be seen on the big night.
