Last week, I had the good fortune to host a group of St. Olaf College students in Campbell & Company’s Chicago office. The visit was a part of the college’s Connections program, organized by the Piper Center for Vocation and Career and the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations. The students visited a number of consulting firms throughout the day - and though I was their last stop, they still showed up with enthusiasm, curiosity and great questions. It’s cliche, but it’s hard not to feel that today’s Oles are smarter and better prepared for the world than this Ole was 20 years ago!
