Allison and Leah work to provide our Oregon Sales team with the tools they need to support their customers, and continually exceed customer expectations with their drive, attention to detail, dedication and responsiveness. Award recipient Leah Lorincz shares, “…I like to think of problems as being opportunities. It’s trying to analyze what is the problem, and what is it that we can do to actually solve that problem, and maybe even excel beyond what that initial expectation will be."

Since Noelle joined Cambia over 12 years ago, she’s been committed to doing the right thing for her team and our members. She doesn’t shy away from asking tough questions, works hard to find solutions and advocates for others. With her background as a pharmacist focusing on infectious disease and HIV care, she pulls from her clinical experience to challenge the norms of pharmacy practice and focus on the experience of our members. As the architect of our Pharmacy Engagement Program, Erin’s work has strengthened relationships between provider groups and our network management and clinical teams. Her work has helped create a program that is now a go-to resource for network management’s clinical pharmacy needs. This year, American Heart Association is celebrating 100 years of life-changing work and Cambia employees stepped up to make a difference! Under the leadership of Peggy Maguire, president of Cambia Health Foundation, Cambia employees helped raise over $122,000 and more than 60 employees participated in local American Heart Association Heart & Stroke Walk. Thank you for your dedication, Peggy!
