If you’ve been targeted because of who you are, you can report and get support at 833-8-NO-HATE or CAvsHate.org. We still have more stops in our statewide pride tour! Join us for the next one in Palm Springs. https://lnkd.in/g_xMFnGt

We’re proud to partner with UCLA Center for Health Policy Research to better understand and address housing discrimination in our state. Every year, we receive thousands of complaints about violations of people’s civil rights — and we know many more never report. If you’ve faced discrimination in housing, report it! We may be able to help, and you can help protect others against discrimination in the future. We’re a resource to all Californians. Learn more about how to report ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/d-5i_zjD
#ICYMI: Housing discrimination was one of many topics added to the 2023 California Health Interview Survey (CHIS). 4.6% of California adults said they experienced housing discrimination in the last two years. Among them, 9.4% of Black or African American adults experienced housing discrimination, more than 4x higher than white adults (2.3%). To access 2023 CHIS data, visit ask.chis.ucla.edu
