After France, where they have their very own Café Joyeux on premises, Crédit Agricole CIB shows one more time its genuine commitment to inclusion by bringing Café Joyeux to its US employees, who will soon enjoy our specialty coffee every day in the office💛 #inclusion #disabilities #nonprofit
[#CSR] 🙌 Committed to fostering #inclusion, our New York office recently entered into a partnership with Café Joyeux, who will now provide the office with coffee beans. Café Joyeux is a non-profit organisation that started in France in 2017, dedicated to employing and training people with mental and cognitive disabilities. Last week, on the occasion of Bénédicte Chrétien, Head of Human Resources for Crédit Agricole S.A.’s visit to the Americas, members of the management committee met with her and Stephane Ducroizet, Senior Regional Officer for the Americas at Café Joyeux in New York. Opened earlier this year, this café is the first in the US. During her visit, Bénédicte Chrétien held an all staff meeting to talk about the Human-centric Project, a key dimension of Groupe Crédit Agricole’s strategic plan. She also had the opportunity to engage with employees, through group and individual conversations, and to talk about their experiences at the Bank and their career ambitions. Several new initiatives were discussed, such as #diversity and inclusion, allyship, and trainings to better understand our professional goals and how to achieve them.

Our "extra-ordinary" team did the rest, along with Cafe Joyeux founder Yann Bucaille-Lanrezac, Amy Fortunato from Klick, Kevin Michel, Chairman of the Joyeux Foundations US, and US CEO Sylvie Giret. Thank you Mohamed Bouabdallah, Judith Roze, Anne Bourgois from Villa Albertine, Alexis de Calonne from Moët Hennessy for your generosity, and to all our attendees for their continued support of our mission for inclusion. 💛 Mathieu Chabran Chris Cozzone Benjamin Birnbaum Marco Damiani Celia Ravix Lorraine Chastenet Edwige De France Shray Campbell Sarah Parkes

We had the honor and the pleasure to welcome Olivia Gregoire, the current French Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts, and Tourism. A dozen representatives of the French community, including Consulate General Damien Laban, Head of Business France North America Frédéric ROSSI, and President of the Foreign French Trade Advisors for North America Paul BENSABAT, met around the Minister at Café Joyeux Lexington for a working session around the relationships between France and the US, and how the French Government can keep supporting French companies expanding in the US. It was a joyful, warm, and productive session. An entrepreneur at heart and in her past life, an active member of the Government, and a great supporter of Café Joyeux since its early days, Olivia Gregoire inspired us all with her deep understanding of the issues faced by companies setting up and expanding in the US, and her determination to bring concrete solutions. Everyone enjoyed a French-inspired breakfast made and served by Café Joyeux staff led by General Manager Shray Campbell, including some of our crew members with special abilities Nick, Ismail, and Dianah. Merci Madame la Ministre, we hope to see you soon at Café Joyeux, either in New York or in our 23 other European cafes in France, Portugal, and Belgium. Many thanks to Benjamin Auzimour, Anthony Battaglia, Sandrine Carpentier, Pierre Berardo, Hervé Linder, Raphael Camp, and our US CEO Sylvie Giret for their active participation in this discussion. Shout out to Nico d'Estais for his incredible performance! 👏 We are literally over the moon. After he led the race during the first few days, our skipper finished 4th position at The Transat CIC in the Class 40 category, in 11 days, 23 hours, 56 minutes, and 55 seconds 🎉 It’s a true achievement in a highly technical race, crowned with a spectacular arrival in New York, where our very first American Café Joyeux is located. Thank you, Nico, for holding so high the values of disability inclusion in the workplace. A huge thank you to our sponsors Accor, Fibus and daphni, who made this adventure possible💛 www.us.cafejoyeux.com 📸 @gauthierlebec.images Café Joyeux
