Last week we were joined by Mayor of Hume City Cr Naim Kurt our partner Qanstruct, and special guests for the official groundbreaking to mark the commencement of Cabot Properties North Melbourne Logistics Hub, in Victoria, Australia. This project will offer approximately 55,750 square meters of prime infill warehouse space, 18 kilometers from Melbourne's Central Business District. Strategically located close to consumers, infrastructure, and employment hubs, this site is designed to offer flexible facilities to our customers and their clients. This project is planned to have a 4 Green Star rating, aligning with the growing local demand for eco-friendly and energy-efficient spaces. Thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate this milestone. We look forward to working with our partners Qanstruct and Project Strategy to bring this project to completion.

Über den Kaufpreis haben die Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart. We have completed, through a joint venture with Cabot Properties a community solar project on the rooftop of an industrial building in Somerset, NJ. The project is AXA IM Alts’ first dedicated solar project in the United States and is in line with our broader responsible investment strategy which targets decarbonization, resilience against climate issues and creating and enhancing value across its assets. As part of New Jersey’s Community Solar Program, the 8,243 panels installed through the project will power c.740 homes in the community.
