Over the past four years working as a Business Verification Officer for Building Markets in Myanmar, Yin Yin Wint has come to understand the important role small recycling businesses play in achieving environmental sustainability goals and works to help them see their value, too! "My journey in entrepreneurship has not only doubled our family's income but has also brought greater stability and opportunities for my children." - Baraa In 2015, Baraa and her family sought refuge in Türkiye from Syria. Despite holding a law degree, she faced challenges finding work due to diploma equivalency issues. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch an online educational platform and later, in 2023, an Online Pharmacy specializing in nutritional supplements and skincare products. With mentorship and support from Building Markets, Baraa expanded her business, enhancing her platform to include clothing and children's products.
