Sam obtained his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024, where he distinguished himself in advocacy and leadership positions. His notable achievements include being recognized as a semi-finalist in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and securing the title of National Champion at the Leroy Hassell Constitutional Moot Court Competition. He was also inducted into the National Order of Barristers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from The University of Texas at Austin, participating in the History Honors Program.
