    Creative Manager Job Alert! Hybrid Role - Denver/Colorado Springs Area *Must have Graphic Design skillset and sample portfolio. (Please do not apply without graphic design skillset.) Job Summary: The Creative Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and managing the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development teams, to ensure the delivery of compelling and effective creative assets. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative vision, project management skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.  Create and manage visual elements, including logos, illustrations, infographics, and other graphic materials. Ensure the visual consistency and quality of all design projects align with brand.  Work hands-on to design and create graphics for sales, marketing and corporate projects when necessary  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, and Product Development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.  Create engaging content for various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, email campaigns and print collateral.  Design digital marketing campaigns in cooperation with other marketing team members, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.  Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation within the team. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field  5+ years of experience in a creative role preferred  Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, marketing automation software, and web analytics.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content/design and effectively convey marketing messages.  Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.  Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in the digital landscape.  Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.  Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).  Ability to think creatively and strategically.  Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
