We recently participated in the AfDB Transport Forum in Abidjan, alongside government officials from across the continent, representatives from AfDB, DFIs, the African Union, and the private sector. Erica Brandt, who represented B2P, co-presented with George Makajuma from AfDB, highlighting our partnership in Uganda as well as the cost-effectiveness and impact of investing in networked connectivity for rural populations. B2P was also mentioned in a parallel session on innovative financing mechanisms for transport projects. This conference presented an excellent opportunity to connect with leaders in the transport sector, with many exciting follow-ups ahead. B2P appreciates AfDB leadership for our inclusion in the Forum.
