Originally home to Beverly's first mayor, the property was transformed in 1963 by the First Baptist Church into a congregate living facility, offering 30 affordable, supportive senior homes for those aged 62+. Each studio apartment provides comfort with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, alongside shared common areas. The facility remains staffed 24/7, providing meals, housekeeping, laundry, and engagement programs, all while ensuring residents maintain their independence with essential support.
