At Branch, we loved partnering with repeat clients like https://buff.ly/3XB7dcO .During these projects, we were able to construct some of the largest 3D printed art works in the United States. Our technology allows any client the freedom to design with the full power of their imagination, without limitations of conventional construction materials.

Last month, our production team had the chance to visit U.S. Space & Rocket Center and see all three of the amazing projects we've done with them. Taking the time to see finished projects is not only a reminder of our hard work, but also how valuable rest and refreshement is to the Branchers!

Branch has been involved with Chattanooga Fellows Program for several years, including having three separate Fellows work for us. This year we welcome Abby Hanners to spend this year as a marketing associate. We're glad to have her on board!

Branch is pleased to welcome one of our new team member Jordan Quintero. We are excited to have him join us as a Production Technician. With his background in 3D printing, he was excited by the opportunity to work with experts in robotics and large-scale 3D printing. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys working on cars, and is a student at Chattanooga State.

Branch Technology’s Advanced Concepts Team has secured a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract from NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration to investigate the use of its proprietary freeform 3D printing technology for use in designing a communications and solar power tower on the surface of the Moon. The company will once again collaborate with Foster + Partners to define the next generation of off-world architecture, technology, and construction techniques. Generating solar power will be a critical capability to enable permanent habitation and operations on the Moon. Landing region candidates for the Artemis missions are all near the Moon’s South Pole. A 50-meter-tall truss tower at the South Pole could position solar panels sufficiently high above the surface to be in a position of near continual solar illumination. But this tall tower must be autonomously constructed, structurally optimized, and material-efficient – three capabilities that Branch is known for providing through its digital additive manufacturing techniques. The deliverable of this feasibility study is a 1/10th-scale 3D printed demonstration tower and a design portfolio to move the project into its prototyping phase.
