SYDNEY | U.S. Senator Joe Manchin and a bipartisan congressional delegation were in Australia last week as part of a Pacific tour focused on natural resources and national security. In Sydney, Consul General Christine Elder and the delegation met with the Hon. Ambassador Joe Hockey (Ret.) and business leaders at Bondi Partners to discuss energy security opportunities and challenges in the region. Our Australian team welcomed a U.S. Congressional Delegation to Sydney for a breakfast discussing closer cooperation between our two countries in a range of sectors including national security, energy and critical minerals. The event was hosted by our Global President The Hon.
