Since 1984, USA Owned and Operated, Boedeker Plastics, Inc. has grown to offer the world's most diverse and most extensive single-location inventory of engineering plastics and composite sheets, rods, and tubes. Specializing in service and quality with our talented staff who have a combined 1,800 years of experience with Boedeker offering cut-to-size service and same-day shipment on all inventoried items, Boedeker Plastics, Inc. provides engineering services, material selection services by application, part design assistance, and onsite consultation to review applications or solve problems jointly with our clients. Depending on our client's needs, we have various materials for longer wear life, low and high-temperature applications, improved toughness and impact strength, improved chemical resistance, friction reduction, thermal or electrical insulation, controlling electrical discharge, and other benefits of plastic and composite materials. Our vast inventory is complemented by a precision machine shop specializing in machining plastic parts with over 100+ CNC machines for prototype to production parts. Our equipment includes waterjet, 4 & 5 Axis turning centers, mills, Swiss turning machines, routers, and additional equipment. In addition, we have injection molding manufacturing services for high-volume part requirements, backed by Just In Time supply services to help customers reduce inventory costs and eliminate supply headaches. Our facility is ISO 9001 & 13485 certified with various metrology equipment to ensure a quality product. Our materials and services allow our clients to improve their products and processes across many industries. Industries include Oil & Gas, Medical, Semiconductor, Food Processing, Automation, Aerospace & Military, and many other industrial markets.
