Today, we are taking a stand for #Latinas. With over 30 million in the U.S., Latinas not only represent one of the largest, youngest, and fastest-growing demographics but their influence spans business, politics, and culture, driving a significant portion of the $3.78 trillion purchasing power of U.S. Latinos.* Despite this, Latinas are often overlooked in business and misrepresented in society, revealing an enormous opportunity for brands to fast-track growth by tapping into this powerful audience. Today, BODEN announces the launch of The Latina Accelerator™, a game-changing product developed by BODEN to help brands break through with one of the most influential yet overlooked cohorts in the U.S.: Latinas. This accelerator is the culmination of our passion for elevating Latina voices and our mission to shift the script on how Latinas are portrayed in society, culture, and media. For our launch, we spearheaded a brand new, groundbreaking study on Latinas in collaboration with our research partners C+R Research. “The State of Latinas in the U.S: An Essential Study for Brands 2024” uncovers insights from interviews across the Latina segment — from athletes and scientists to corporate leaders and entrepreneurs — revealing how Latinas navigate identity, challenge stereotypes, and what they expect from brands. To learn more about our new study and discover how The Latina Accelerator™ can help your brand break through with the Latina cohort, visit https://lnkd.in/eww3j8RQ. * Pew Research | Latino Donor Collaborative #TheFutureisLatina #WeAreBODEN #Hispanic+ #MinorityOwned #LatinaOwned #Independent #Latinas #LatinaAccelerator

It was an exhilarating first day for our team in San Diego supporting L'ATTITUDE, and all their incredible partners. We kicked off the day with the Latino Donor Collaborative unveiling groundbreaking data from the 2024 LDC U.S. Latino GDP Report™. - If Latinos were their own economy, they would be the second fastest-growing with a 4.6% annual average real growth rate, only behind China at 5.3%. - The growth rate of the U.S. Latino GDP is 2.6x faster than the rest of the U.S. economy. The numbers speak for themselves, and what’s just as impressive is the cultural power of the Latino cohort. Speakers from The Walt Disney Company, ESPN and National Football League (NFL), took the stage to discuss bringing Hispanic voices to the screen and the momentum that Latinos in sports have driven. From the blockbuster movie, Encanto to sports ambassador, Diana Flores, and NBA All-Star, Karl-Anthony Thomas, Hispanic culture continues to transcend to mainstream across sports, media and entertainment. This is why L'ATTITUDE calls the Latino cohort The New Mainstream Economy, and why at BODEN we activate impactful Hispanic+ campaigns that are rooted in Hispanic insights and engage this critical cohort, but also reach mainstream audiences. We’re looking forward to another inspirational day tomorrow! #LATTITUDE2024 #WeAreBODEN #Hispanic+ #Hispanic #Independent

To inspire a new generation of fans, McDonald's just dropped the Collector’s Meal, featuring some of the brand’s most unforgettable designs and collaborations over the years including Shrek, Jurassic Park & Minions, Hello Kitty & Peanuts and Coca-Cola. To celebrate, #BODEN hosted a vibrant sip-and-sketch experience at McDonald’s in the heart of Chelsea, NYC, where media and influencers had the opportunity to meet Latino illustrator and former Crew member Oscar Bastidas, who designed three of the cups — Barbie & Hot Wheels, Beanie Babies and McDonald’s. This was a full circle moment for Oscar, who worked at his local McDonald’s in Venezuela to support his dream of becoming a graphic designer. Guests enjoyed an exclusive BTS look at the inspiration behind the cups’ artwork and creative art session, while sipping on McDonald’s mocktails. A big congrats to our client McDonald's and partner agencies Golin, Loud And Live, EGAMI Group, and IW Group Inc. on the successful launch of the global Collector's Meal, celebrating the keepsakes that have shaped core memories for fans everywhere. #WeAreBODEN #Hispanic+ #MinorityOwned #Independent #ClientWork

CAMPAIGN LAUNCH! For years, PepsiCo Juntos Crecemos has championed Latina small business owners through its signature campaign, Jefa-Owned. Today, on National Latina Day, we proudly launch year three of this incredible initiative to celebrate the economic, cultural and community contributions of Latina entrepreneurs. Despite starting businesses at 6x the rate of other entrepreneurial cohorts, Latinas face overwhelming challenges that hinder their growth. Jefa-Owned aims to close these resource gaps and rally national support for jefas. Last week, we hosted some of the most prominent advocates for Hispanic empowerment including actress and philanthropist Stephanie Beatriz (Disney’s Encanto, Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Evelyn Barahona of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), and Maria Gonzalez, the owner of Bistró Casa Azul in East Harlem, NY, along with our esteemed #PepsiCo partners, and top journalists at an exclusive event in Maria’s restaurant in New York City. This year, we’ve expanded the Jefa-Owned platform to spotlight even more Latina small businesses, introduced Jefa empowerment sessions and “Jefa Hour” (more in link below), and through PepsiCo Juntos Crecemos, in partnership with Hello Alice, the brand is providing more than $400K in grants and essential business-building resources. I am so proud of this work. It's meaningful, powerful, and is helping contribute to the economic prosperity of Hispanic communities nationwide. For more information on the grants, Jefa Hour and the Jefa Empowerment sessions, visit https://lnkd.in/gNqFfc6e, and join us in championing Latina small business owners today and every day. Latina small business owners are making jefa (boss) moves! Today, in partnership with PepsiCo Juntos Crecemos, we proudly launch year three of Jefa-Owned - a national visibility campaign that celebrates the economic, cultural and community contributions of Latina entrepreneurs. Despite being one of the fastest growing entrepreneurial cohorts in the country, Latina entrepreneurs still face overwhelming business challenges. Jefa-Owned aims to close these resource gaps and shine a spotlight on Latina small businesses. This year, we’ve teamed up with some major power players to help amplify this message, provide resources, and rally support for jefas nationwide. Our partners include the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), Hello Alice, and actress and philanthropist Stephanie Beatriz, who are using their platforms to give space to the stories of Latina empowerment and support the mission of Jefa-Owned. If you know a jefa who could benefit, encourage her to apply.
