Our ESG Manager and EHS teams recently met with the US drilling crew in Salt Lake City to reinforce our commitment to our corporate values, the Code of Conduct, and ongoing ESG initiatives. We were proud to have three women visiting the mine site to visit the crew, reflecting our firm commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The discussions focused on fostering a respectful workplace and generating ideas to ensure safety, inclusivity, and respect in everything we do. These efforts demonstrate our continued dedication to upholding our values and maintaining a positive environment where every employee can thrive. During the visit, our Drilling Services crew was also provided with Compliance cards summarizing our corporate values and key governance policies, serving as reminders of the commitments outlined in our Code of Conduct. #mining #safety #drilling

Boart Longyear Products Adelaide workshop recently completed a full rebuild of a MDR700 for our valued long-term customer, Mitchell Services. The MDR700 now has a prolonged service life as well as reducing downtime for Mitchell Services on their new exploration project with their tier 1 customer. This accomplishment highlights Boart Longyear's expertise in rig maintenance and rebuilds, making them a trusted partner for drilling companies aiming to maximize the lifespan of their equipment. Appreciate the efforts of the workshop staff who worked tirelessly on the MDR700 to meet our customers' expectations. On October 8, 2024, Boart Longyear Argentina hosted a community event in Malargüe, Mendoza Province, to strengthen ties with the local community. Participants, including residents and students from the General Manuel Nicolas Savio Industrial and Mining Technical School, received briefings on key aspects of the company’s exploration drilling operations, with a special focus on safety measures implemented to protect workers and the environment. Commenting on the event, Cristian Rojas, Division Manager Argentina Drilling Services, said, “Safety and the wellbeing of our communities are a priority for Boart Longyear. We are committed to transparency and working together to ensure that our operations meet the highest standards and contribute to local development.” The event is part of Boart Longyear’s environmental, social, and governance principles. These principles seek to integrate local communities into the company's vision of sustainable development, ensuring that economic benefits are balanced with respect for the environment and residents.
