Keeping your eye on oversight, strategy, and identifying and managing risk, while also ensuring the stability of the finance department's day-to-day operations is no small feat. Then there is the responsibility to oversee the annual audit. All while ensuring that the Board receives information that enables them to understand the organization's finances and approves an annual budget.
