Meet the Team Monday! This is Eric! Eric began his career by helping adults with severe and persistent mental illness who also struggled with co-occurring substance use disorders, supporting them in maintaining their dual recovery within their communities. Over the past two decades, he has gained extensive experience, starting as an addiction counselor for adults working on recovery plans that address both addiction and mental health challenges. Recognizing the need for effective program delivery, Eric went on to plan, develop, and implement results-driven programs for adults battling these issues. Most recently, Eric served as a Utilization Review Specialist with a nationwide network of addiction recovery facilities. Currently residing in Union County, Eric is a proud graduate of Caldwell University and George Mason University. In his free time, he enjoys reading, sports, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with local civic organizations and animal rescue leagues. Gabriella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree. With over 2 years of experience in the mental health field, she has wholeheartedly devoted herself to assisting individuals in their journey toward recovery. During her leisure time, Gabriella finds joy in exploring new cultures through travel, which has broadened her understanding of diverse ways of life.
