𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 💙 This holiday season, we’re proud to spotlight Lamar Lewis, Manager of Information Technology, whose generosity, leadership, and commitment to giving back embody the heart of our mission. Earlier this year, Lamar went above and beyond by volunteering his time and expertise to support Camp Rainbow Gold Inc. Lamar, who also owns a tree-trimming business, graciously offered his services to remove several dead trees around the camp’s homestead. Along with his wife, Lamar brought a bucket truck and chipper, dedicating two full days to the project. With the help of three Blue Cross of Idaho volunteers each day, they removed 14 trees, chipped branches, and stacked cords of firewood for future use at the camp. Lamar’s selflessness saved the camp valuable resources and provided a safer environment for seasons to come. #CommunityofKindness #BlueCrossofIdaho

The news of Brian Thompson’s death has shocked and deeply saddened all of us. I knew him to be a visionary leader who developed innovative ideas to take on some of the nation's greatest challenges. His death is a great loss for our country and for the health care industry. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends, and colleagues.

We’re kicking off the season with a spirit of giving! This year, our team had the opportunity of participating in The Salvation Army’s Dress A Child event in the #TreasureValley. We’re proud of our leaders participating in #Wayfinders, a seven-month leadership development cohort program, for taking action during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. They raised awareness by creating an educational module to educate employees, organizing a volunteer fair with local partners, promoting the SueB 5K, and displaying the Women's & Children's Alliance Clothesline Project at our main campus. Our Twin Falls team had the opportunity to volunteer at Chobani's Let’s Eat Week, where we helped provide 3,500 meals to food pantries and schools throughout Magic Valley.
