A 2024 study from Harvard Business Review highlights that hiring Chief Diversity Officers and forming diversity task forces can significantly boost diverse representation. Formal mentoring and family-friendly policies like childcare and flextime also make a real impact. However, many commonly used practices such as performance evaluations and diversity and harassment training fail to increase managerial diversity.
