Blackton Inc. was privileged to be an event sponsor at The Animal League’s 9th Annual Puttin’ Fore Paws golf tournament. Our sponsorship will go towards the purchase of DHPP vaccines for the adoptable dogs at their shelter. Golfers played at the beautiful Green Valley Country Club in Clermont and enjoyed a wonderful morning of golf. This is their biggest fundraiser of the year and fun was had by all. The Animal League is a non-profit animal rescue dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing abandoned, abused and neglected animals in our community and surrounding areas. All of the proceeds raised go to rehabilitating and rehoming neglected and abused cats and dogs that are rescued by the volunteers of The Animal League. It is so gratifying to know that our contribution will directly impact the lives of countless animals in need, providing them with a chance at a happy and fulfilling life.

We at Blackton Inc. deeply appreciate the hard work our subcontractors put in every day. To support their continued success, we offer training to enhance their skills. Recently, we welcomed Schluter Systems to our Orlando branch for a refresher course on their Kerdi Shower System and Ditra Installation System. The trainers went above and beyond by providing instruction in Portuguese, a language many of our installers speak, and added Spanish subtitles to the English slides. They also provided our installers with installation handbooks and additional training resources. Their dedication ensured that all attendees could fully benefit from the session. We are proud to support our installers and help them thrive in their work.

It’s been one year since the grand opening of our Leesburg facility, and we couldn’t be more proud. The new warehouse and yard have streamlined our operations, boosting both organization and productivity. This upgrade has allowed us to effortlessly manage the division’s growing sales. Congratulations to Cristhian Marrero for being awarded “Most Outstanding Trade Supervisor” of the Quarter by Ashton Woods Homes! We were honored to have Matt Grundon, Senior Project Manager of Ashton Woods' Orlando Division, visit our corporate office to present the award in person. Matt shared his appreciation for Cristhian, emphasizing how his efforts make a real difference in the field. Stacy joined Blackton’s HR team 3 years ago. She is a team player willing to help anytime she is called on and always has a smile on her face. She has been my right hand since day one and I’m so grateful to have her on my team. She gives 110% in everything she does. Outside of Blackton Stacy is very involved with her church and giving back to the community. She is also a wife and takes great care of her family.
