Even when he is at his busiest at the Hub, he prioritizes excellence in his communication with guests and seeks to give each person in front of him his full and undivided attention, which is often a challenge in his role. He looks for ways to make a personal connection with every guest, whether it’s engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone or by email. He approaches his daily duties with his whole heart and a positive attitude that is infectious and boosts team morale. Will is now looked to as a steady source of knowledge and support. He encourages quality service by not only modeling excellence to his colleagues but also through his assistance with training new Hub team members. He is never idle while working and never hesitates to ask his colleagues throughout the day if he can help them with anything. "I’m surprised Michelle doesn’t win this award every month! Michelle is the hardest-working and kindest person that I have met at Blackberry. Despite being a supervisor, she leads from the front and is always willing to do any task. She serves her coworkers and reports with the same respect and hospitality that she shows guests. She often volunteers her time and schedule preferences so that others can make commitments outside of work. During the snowstorms this past Winter, she stayed on the Mountain for three days straight so that guests could continue to be served. I love working with Michelle and try my best to emulate her positivity and diligence." "Sam Harper transferred to the housekeeping team on June 10. Within his first month of being a part of the housekeeping team, Sam has shown how much of a value he is to Blackberry! His attention to detail, along with his work ethic, resulted in the housemen team having exceptional results this month. His leadership, knowledge and patience helped him have a seamless transition into housekeeping. We greatly appreciate Sam and all that he has accomplished in such a short amount of time.
