Today we announced that Bilt Rewards has closed an additional $200 million of equity capital, valuing the company at $3.1 billion. General Catalyst led the round with Todd Boehly’s Eldridge Industries, and continued support from long-standing investors Left Lane Capital, Camber Creek, and Prosus Ventures. This round is a testament not only to the strength of our core business – but the incredible growth opportunity that lies ahead. What’s even more exciting is we also announced that Kenneth I. Chenault, Former CEO of American Express and MD at General Catalyst, is joining Bilt as our new Chairman. Ken brings unparalleled experience to this business, particularly as we scale this platform to go beyond rewarding residents on rent – and also rewarding them in their neighborhood. We are also honored to be welcoming Roger Goodell, Commissioner of the NFL, to our board as an independent director. There is no company in the world that understands hometown loyalty better than the NFL – and his experience in building the League will be invaluable to our long-term strategy. Today we're thrilled to announce a significant expansion of our Neighborhood Rewards Program through a partnership with Walgreens! This effort introduces an innovative "Automatic Healthcare Savings” benefit, marking the first time customers can effortlessly apply any network branded Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) benefits card to purchases at a major pharmacy chain. Bilt Members can now earn an additional 1X Bilt Points on all Walgreens purchases, 2X Bilt Points on Walgreens-branded items, and 100 Bilt Points on prescription refills - subject to certain exclusions - all in addition to their usual card rewards across the nearly 9,000 Walgreens and Duane Reade locations in the country. We're excited to share how Valiant Residential has been leveraging Bilt to drive resident loyalty, increase digital payments, and reduce delinquency. Valiant residents now earn rewards on their largest monthly expense, rent, and enjoy benefits in their local neighborhoods. The investment round was led by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Canada’s largest single-professional pension plan, with participation from existing investors and new ones including Vanderbilt University Endowment and the University of Illinois Foundation. Last week, our Bilt Alliance team volunteered with SheBuilds to support Mott Haven Residents by building a community vegetable garden. This project helps revitalize unused outdoor space and expand food access to their community. Shebuilds is part of Rebuilding Together New York (RTNYC) which focuses on three things, (1) repairing homes for low income New Yorkers, (2) rebuilding lives through career training in construction, and (3) community revitalization through hands-on volunteering. We're thrilled to announce that Thrive Communities has joined the Bilt Rewards Alliance! This partnership will allow Thrive residents across the Pacific Northwest to earn points and access exclusive benefits at home, in the neighborhood, and when they travel. Thrive residents will now earn Bilt Points redeemable for travel, shopping, fitness, and more, including redemption options with Alaska Airlines. Residents will also get access to free on-time rent reporting to the three major credit bureaus. Since the recent launch of Bilt, Thrive residents have earned 24 million points, redeemed four million, and nearly a quarter have enrolled in rent reporting.
