Congratulations to our 2022 Employee of the Year - Eric Decker!! Eric is our Parts Specialist and was voted by his teammates as the person who had the biggest impact on Big Beverages in 2022. Knowledgeable, vital, and dependable were just a few of the words used to describe Eric. Eric does an amazing job ensuring we always have what we need to keep our production equipment running, and has built out an amazing inventory supply room and system to manage our ever growing needs. His willingness to go above and beyond for his team does not go unnoticed! In addition to holding this title for the next year, as a thank you to Eric we gave him some employee of the year attire and a paid vacation to a destination of his choice!
