Yesterday, we had a fantastic time at University of Louisville's annual Nonprofit Fair, where we had the opportunity to connect with students and fellow nonprofits. It was inspiring to meet so many passionate individuals! A huge thank you to the U of L Honors Program for hosting us, and a special shoutout to WAGS Pet Therapy of Kentucky, Inc. for introducing us to one of your wonderful therapy dogs. We can’t wait for the next event!

Chris succeeds Abby Drane, whose leadership has profoundly impacted our organization and the communities we serve.   Since its establishment in 1849, Bellewood and Brooklawn has stood as a pillar of strength in Kentucky. Our mission, to provide a sanctuary where healing and transformation are at the core, has remained unwavering for 175 years. We are dedicated to restoring hope, instilling confidence, and fostering growth in the lives of those we serve.   Under Chris Teeley's leadership, we will continue to build on this legacy, advancing our comprehensive programs, including residential treatment, therapeutic foster care, and educational services—all delivered with a trauma-informed approach that respects the dignity of every child and family we reach.   Chris Teeley brings with him a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for our cause.
