Experience 3 - 5 years of work experience in: architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, real estate development, or a related field. It is great to see our client, Work to Ride being featured on NBC10 Philadelphia. For 30 years, this extraordinary nonprofit has been providing young people from low-income communities with access to horseback riding, horse care, and the sport of polo! Participants learn essential life skills such as responsibility, discipline, and leadership, all while building confidence and forging strong community bonds. The organization not only opens doors to equestrian sports but also to educational and professional opportunities, helping shape bright futures for its members. The success of the Work to Ride polo team, which has garnered national recognition, is a testament to the program’s effectiveness and the life-changing experiences it provides. The 3rd Annual Philadelphia Polo Classic will take place at Fairmount Park on September 21, 2024. Several alumni of the program will be competing in the matches, including Work to Ride Executive Vice President Kareem Rosser. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Work to Ride program. We are looking for both conceptual construction cost estimators and project managers to join our firm.   Requirements: At least 2-4 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited US institution in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software. Excellent oral and written communication skills.   Qualifications:  Positive attitude, customer oriented, strong work ethic, enthusiastic personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to complete scheduled tasks on time and in a high-quality manner with attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
