Ever wondered what goes into getting your paycheck just right? It’s more than just numbers—it's about compliance, accuracy, and ensuring everyone’s financial security. 💵🛡️ When asked why she's all about the Beacon Payroll Team, here's what Kristi had to say. "I love payroll because it provides me with a sense of completion and satisfaction every time we hit that “magic” button.  I like working towards a deadline and doing whatever is needed to make sure that deadline is met.  Payroll has provided me with the ability to grow and learn new things, and no day is ever the same.  I love being able to assist our fellow employees in receiving the HARD-EARNED money!" Our Payroll team works tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, often without recognition. During National Payroll Week, we’re taking a moment to appreciate their attention to detail and the peace of mind they provide to all of us. If you’ve ever felt the relief of seeing your paycheck in your account, you know why this week is so important.

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible team members who ensure that our hard work is recognized and rewarded—our Payroll team! 💼✨ National Payroll Week is all about acknowledging the dedication and precision of those who work behind the scenes to make sure paychecks are accurate and on time. They help us all keep the lights on and our goals moving forward. Stay tuned this week as we dive into why this is so important! Amy reflects on her payroll position with Beacon, "I have always loved numbers and spreadsheets, etc. A bit of a nerd, I guess.  I am very passionate about my Payroll position with Beacon!  It requires drive, determination, stamina, and a thick skin sometimes; but it’s rewarding to be a part of something bigger than yourself.  Nothing makes me smile bigger than to see our vocational workers standing proudly with the paycheck they’ve earned, and I processed." Haley comments on her payroll career, "I am passionate about payroll because through payroll, we create a culture of trust and transparency, where individuals feel valued and respected for their contributions."
